What is included in the registration fees?
The registration fee allows access to the full Congress and exhibition hall, as well as coffee break and dinner. Any social events which might take place, tickets will be needed and could be purchased on the conference day at an additional cost.
Is the Accommodation included in the registration fees?

Will Medical Supplies be Supplied at the Conference?
No, to comply with local laws and regulations, no medical supplies (e.g. dressings, prescriptions) or care of any kind will be provided at the Congress. It is important that anyone requiring medical supplies or care should arrange this before travel.
What if the Conference is changed or cancelled?
The Organisers have the right to make any necessary changes to ensure the overall success of the Congress. The Congress date may be changed to a different date, or might be cancelled as a result of:
- a) Any force majeure beyond anyone’s control; and/or
- b) Government decisions of cancelling conferences due to medical or political situations.
In the case of postponement or change of timeframe, purchased Congress tickets will remain valid.
In the case of cancellation before the conference by 30 days or less, 50% of the Congress registration costs will be refunded.
